It's so hard everything is so hard

Either you help yourself or no one will help you at all.

    Please be happy. I follow your blog because of the bubbly posts you used to write. Depression is not a place you want to be. Trust me, I know. Talk to someone close to you about your worries and frustrations. Cheer up and stay high!
